A specialist SEO agency for U.S. dental practices.
Bright runs SEO programs for solo dentists, group practices, and DSOs across the United States. The work is engagement-shaped by ICP segment. A solo-practice GBP rebuild is a different scope from a 25-location schema migration. The work underneath is the same: ADA Code Section 5 at the subsection level, the Patterson v. FTC 1985 baseline, state-board variation mapped per jurisdiction, the Dentist schema hierarchy deployed against the 12 ADA-recognized specialties.
Specialist depth, not bundled-platform breadth
The dental-marketing landscape is dominated by bundled platforms (website + SEO + reviews + scheduling, sold as one template-shaped offering). Those platforms work for some practices. They don't work for engagement-shape problems: DSO-scale schema migrations that need the Organization to subOrganization to Dentist hierarchy laid out across 40 locations, per-location landing-page programs that have to achieve real uniqueness rather than near-duplicate templates, multi-state advertising-rule audits where TSBDE, CA Dental Board, FL Board of Dentistry, and NY State Board of Dentistry each layer distinct rules on advertised pricing and specialty announcements.
Bright is engagement-shaped. Each program is scoped against the specific surface where the work is needed: the GBP architecture for a multi-practitioner facility with Maps-merge vulnerability, the testimonial and before-and-after compliance audit under Section 5.F.2's unjustified-expectation rule, the CDT-code-precise availableService enumeration on the Dentist node, the state-board variation map for a DSO operating across seven jurisdictions. Every advertising-rule claim on a Bright-built site cites the specific subsection.
What we don't do
We don't write dental content as a content-marketing agency would (generic blog posts that compete with consumer-information sites). We don't run reputation-management programs that conflict with Section 5's testimonial constraints. We don't sell pre-made backlink packages or PBN-flavored work that reverses out of rankings inside 18 months while taking the practice's domain reputation down with it. We don't offer "dental marketing" as a bundled platform. That's a different shop's offering.
We do off-page link acquisition through dental associations (AGD, state dental societies) and CODA-accredited residency programs where defensible. We do dental-vertical schema and GBP architecture at the level the engagement requires. We do Section 5 and state-board compliance auditing that holds up under board-complaint review.
About the author
Expert content on this site is authored by Yan Dobromyslov. I'm an SEO practitioner with seven years across regulated B2B service verticals (legal, medical, dental, real estate, finance, e-commerce). The dental engagements specifically have surfaced recurring patterns at the schema layer, the GBP layer, and the Section 5 compliance layer that justify a specialist agency rather than a generalist offering. Bright is the agency framing of that work. My role on customer engagements is the content-and-strategy author; the work I publish under my byline (on content-hierarchy pages under /research/ and /blog/) carries my full Person schema and credential surface.
